thursday tidbits (on friday)

hey there!  did you guys have a good 4th?  we got up early to watch the peachtree road race...i love this atlanta tradition.

there were several people dressed like bananas (?).  rush loved seeing them, and they usually gave him a high five which only endeared him more.

after that, a pool party and then off to my in-laws' club for fun and fireworks.  someone had their first taste of ice cream...

she loved it!

other than that, i have been working my fingers to the bone on the website update.  y'all, there is a LOT of stuff to add.  thank you for letting it be that way!!

i think we're painting the hall bathroom this weekend...it's going from blue to grey.  i don't know if the owners before us had like 10 gallons of blue paint they just HAD to use up, but i swear almost every room was blue.

here is how i kind of envision the bathroom, at least for a color scheme (existing white beadboard, grey walls, white hand towels with grey monogramming - already procured, natch). i need to remember to take some before pictures before rbb goes to town on it!

we're off to costco.  man i love that place.
