i love the idea of stationery for babies. clearly they are not actually writing on them, but when rush (that's my 15-month-old son) gets a gift, i really enjoy writing a note in his voice. i make him equal parts sweet and sassy with a tinge of wittiness. i think if he could talk, he'd be a little like that combination.
when i graduated from the
baby thank you notes for him, i wondered what would be boyish and also cute but not TOO cute...and the idea of an old biplane seemed perfect. i got these notecards letterpressed with navy ink, and a navy envelope to match.
